Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $14.99 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Holiday Deliveries
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our Floral Designs and Service Area

Our floral arrangements are created by our own team for delivery within our service area. We do not transfer orders to other florists or offer nationwide flower delivery. Our designs use specific flowers, containers, and materials that may not be available at other flower shops.

Return Policy – 2 Lips Florals

At 2 Lips Florals, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements made with care.

If your arrangement arrives damaged or defective, or the flowers wilt within three days of delivery, please contact us within that three-day period and provide photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate refund. We accept returns for damaged or defective products only. We do not offer exchanges or accept returns for change of mind.


However, customer satisfaction is very important to us.


Possible resolutions may include:
- Replacement of the arrangement
- Store credit
- Partial refund depending on the situation

Photos may be required to process any claim.

Delivery Errors, Replacements & Gift Card Policy

If a delivery error occurs due to an incorrect address, a delivery service issue, or a mistake during the delivery process, 2 Lips Floral Design will investigate and make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation.

When possible, we will offer a replacement floral arrangement delivered to the correct address at no additional charge.

If the customer requests that the replacement be delayed or placed on hold, the new delivery will be subject to our regular business hours and delivery availability.

As our floral arrangements are fresh, perishable products, our preferred resolution is a replacement arrangement or a 2 Lips Floral Design Gift Card for a future purchase, rather than a monetary refund, where permitted by applicable law.

The Gift Card amount will be determined based on the circumstances of each case.

Any refunds required by applicable law will be honored.

We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts
- Changes requested after delivery

.  Delivery Attempts, Gated Communities & Building Access Policy

At 2 Lips Floral Design, we make every reasonable effort to ensure that floral arrangements are delivered successfully and on time.

Customer & Recipient Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including apartment or unit numbers, gate codes, building access instructions, and a valid recipient telephone number.

For deliveries to condominiums, gated communities, apartment buildings, and secured properties, customers must ensure that the recipient or an authorized person is available to provide access or accept the delivery.

First Delivery Attempt

If our driver is unable to complete a delivery because:

• Building security or condominium management refuses access.
• The recipient does not answer telephone calls or building intercom requests.
• Required gate codes or access instructions are missing or incorrect.
• No authorized person is available to receive the arrangement.
• The customer or recipient cannot be reached to resolve an access issue.

We will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer who placed the order and explain the situation.

A second delivery attempt may be arranged for the same day, when possible, or the following business day, subject to availability.

Second Delivery Attempt & Unclaimed Floral Arrangements

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to restricted building access, missing delivery instructions, or the recipient’s failure to answer calls or accept the delivery, 2 Lips Floral Design will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer who placed the order.

We may offer one complimentary second delivery attempt, subject to availability, on the same day or the following business day.

The second delivery attempt is the final complimentary attempt for the original floral arrangement.

If the second attempt is unsuccessful for the same customer- or recipient-related reasons, the arrangement will be considered unclaimed.

Because fresh flowers are highly perishable, we cannot guarantee their freshness or condition after repeated delivery attempts or extended storage.

Customers will not be entitled to additional complimentary delivery attempts or a replacement arrangement when two documented delivery attempts have failed due to their failure to provide access, accurate information, or a person available to receive the flowers.

No refund will ordinarily be issued in these circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

Any additional delivery, replacement, or store credit will be at the discretion of 2 Lips Floral Design.

This policy does not apply to delivery failures caused by errors made by our business or delivery providers.
